How do I manage my time....
The first step I took towards managing my time was getting a planner. I made sure to get one that was cute and interesting so that i could be motivated to write in it.
When I get home I make sure I do the homework that was assigned that day because I know that if I put it a side I will forget to do it. When ever I need to study for a test I try my best to fit it into the cracks between my schedule. I feel like it's more usefull and I remember the work better. I never really ask myself which classes I should attend because I have my mind set that all of them are improtant and I need to show up to all. I have pushed my social life to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays simply so that I can keep myself focussed and on track. My friends can wait, my first priority is school, then everything comes after.

What did you learn from this discussion about personal responsibility?
I learned that in order for you to be responsible the first thing you need to get rid of is procrastination. When you are procrastinating you leave everything to the last moment. If something comes up you might not have time to finish what you had to do. You also need to be self aware of the way you manage your time.
I have learned that every little life axperience has a life long lesson it's up to you to find it. Always remember your proffesor doen't give you a grade you earn it. :)

Colllege Expectations
What are my academic expectations?
I expect to pass all of my classes with As or Bs. I also expect to stay motivated through out my the entire year the same way I am motivated right now.
What are my social expectations?
I don't really expect to make many friends. It's not what Im here for but I know I will make a couple of friends. I also don't plan on dating and I don't expect to have any problems with my social life.
What are my personal expectations?
i do expect to be more confident about myself later in life. I do not expect to face any stress.

Shifting to college level work....
Challenge: Time management
Solutions: 1. Organize your time.
2. Figure out what you need to do ahead of time and incorporate it into your schedule.
3. Organize your schedule fitting your priorities.
4. Maybe even invest in a planner.
